How do I change my delivery date?
Is your doggo taking their time to finish their food, or perhaps they gobbled up their food too quickly? That's not a problem! You will be able to change your delivery date on our website. :)
- Please make sure you are registered. If you haven’t done so already, you can register using this link (please use the same email you used on your subscription)
- Login to your account under the “Account” location at the upper-right portion of the page.
- Select “Manage Subscription”
- Select “Subscriptions”, locate your active subscription, and select “Edit”
- Just below the “Your Subscription” text, you can click “Next Charge Date”, select your preferred shipment date, and click “Update Next Shipment Date” (or click “Order Now” if you wish to proceed with your next order immediately).
Please note that the charge date is when your payment method will be charged. Once your order is confirmed, it will take 24-48 hours for it to be processed to be dispatched. From there, you may expect your order to be delivered within 2-3 business days for most metro areas.
