Will I be updated when my order is getting delivered?

Yes! We aim to keep you in the loop as much as we can (without spamming you)

When your order is processed, you will be notified via email and you'll receive another email when your order has been sent out and is on its way to you!

If you are a raw customer, you will receive an email with delivery date confirmation. This will be followed up with an SMS the night before delivery, which includes a more specific delivery window for the next day.

In the event our delivery partner cannot deliver to your home, you will receive a text message to let you know that the parcel has been redirected to your local post office.
