Do you do exchanges?

Unfortunately, we're unable to offer exchanges on any edible items that are opened due to strict health policies. This includes all meal plans, treats, pharmaceuticals and dental products. 

For unopened edible items and all other Add To Box items:

Currently, exchanges cannot be directly processed through our website. If you would like to make an exchange, you will have to return the items and make another separate order.
