For the kibble, as long as it's within 14 days from when your order was delivered, and it's unopened and undamaged, all you have to do is visit this link to get started. We will process the exchange/refund as soon as our warehouse has received your returns.
However, due to the perishable nature of the raw food, we do not accept returns. Imagine the stench – oh my!
